We believe the greatest commandment given to us as Christians is to love one another. This is the scriptural principal that Hudson Valley Family Church is built on. We will endeavor to do this by:
- Building strong families by providing seminars and classes for marriages and parenting.
* Building a strong Church family by providing opportunities outside of the traditional
church services to develope relationships with activities such as trips, plays, retreats,
and concerts.
* It is our desire to build a church complex for Christians to have a wholesome environment
for their family to participate in activities such as bowling, basketball, baseball, swimming,
movies and other social activities.
* Training for the work of the ministry. It is our desire to see you fulfill God's purpose for
your life.
Church History
Hudson Valley Family Church was founded by Pastor Jack & Marilyn Yurus on January 20, 2002 when 25 people gathered for the first service.
At HVFC our purpose is to build a church family that cares for one another and provide a place of comfort and encouragement. Our church is full of people who were raised in denominations such as Methodist, Catholic, Baptist, Presbyterian, Assembly of God etc. The thing we all have in common is that we exalt Jesus Christ as Lord and we believe the Bible is the Word of God.
